I can't wait for these to be released. I used one of his manifolds for a e36 build years ago and had great results. These won't be for everybody but for those who enjoy having up he rest of the motor will definitely save us some money. I like working out the details.

Oh I saw that too. But if the IWG is blocking the water port, how can you get around that? Seems like some serious fitment issues. My only guess is, someone posted some very early fitment pics when they should not have. When building Stage 3, it took sometimes 4-5 revisions to get things to fit right. If we posted early pics, it would have appeared it would never fit. Maybe that is what we have here? Because if that is final fitment, yikes.Quote:

That's what would scare me the most of that design. But as little as they are showing perhaps it's just a bad camera angle? I'd like to show you the insides but for obvious reasons I can't just yet. There are no 90 degree turns in the manifold. The passages scavenge on every single cylinder and the velocity at the turbo flange is very strong. Yes, that wastegate actuator was not able to fit but it has been replaced with another which does fit well enough for testing. I will be making very slight adjustments to the turbo flange location to make for easy installation on production models and to use the originally sourced wastegate actuator. From what we have seen and measured it will be no problem running the 9180.Quote:
