Hey Everyone! I've been having a really difficult time getting information on modding the 535 as the overwhleming majority of posts are pertaining to 135 & 335's. Anyway, I got by DMS DCI's in last night and installed them and my Cobb AP is on its way to the house as I speak.
So I'm curious if any of you would be willing to share your experiences (535 preferred but I'd love to hear everyone's) with the different maps loaded with DCI's.

Most everyone here with a 5er is running the JB4. You need to let us know about the Cobb :P
I will do that. I'm trying to locate a good dyno in my area where I can do 3 runs. One stock, one stock & Cobb the one with DCI & Cobb. I will be happy to post those #'s up once I can actually get out to one. I'm pretty new to FI cars so i've been reading like crazy on all the different aspects. Because the car is CPO, the cobb makes more sense (to me) then the JB4 and meth is definitely out for now.
Will follow up once I can get some #'s for everyone.

just run the official maps of stage 1 for the right octane.
Take the dci off and run a dropin filter on the stock box. DCIs hurt performance on stg1 93 octane. Been demonstrated at the track. Try to make a Mr. 5 style intake on the 5er. That'd be a first.

Hey boom. Ya, there are two totally different schools of thought on the DCI's. Of course, they are very, very highly biased depending on the forum and person you are talking to. Personally I think the best route to go would be a Mr. 5 intake but until I can find out if that would void CPO, I probably won't go that route. I agree that the DCI will suck in hot air and, performance aside, that simply jsu cannot be good for the longevity of the turbos. I'm going to run the DCI's for a couple more days then switch back to stock and see the difference.
Tested at the track. The stock box with stock filter outperformed newly cleaned dci.
